The last two days, the server has been lagging badly. Is it just me and could it be fixed plz

The same thing has been happening to me. I thought it was just me though. Players lag when I see them (jump around to different spots) and it takes forever to /g anywhere. Like close to a minute or two. Anyone else having these problems?
